Step-By-Step Meditational Guide
Today is a day for you, we like to say thank you for taking care of us and today we want to take care of you. This meditation is for relaxation.
Start in a comfortable seated position, if you need a back rest please use one.
As you sit comfortably start to focus on your breath. When you feel comfortable, close your eyes.
Focusing on your breath we will start a box breathing techinque.
When you’re ready; Inhale for 5 seconds
Hold the breath for 5 seconds
Exhale for 5 seconds
Hold for 5 seconds
Repeat this for at least 1 minute, continue for longer if you would like.
Once you are ready to come back to your natural breath sit with your eyes closed
Let the stillness of this moment sink in
Whenever you are ready open your eyes and enjoy this stillness
When the meditation is over, stay in your intentional space until you’re ready to leave.
